Sales Representative

Key responsibilities include:
Sales

Be knowledgeable about our services and able to answer questions

Participate in the development, improvements, and maintenance of the sales strategy for clients

Identify prospective clients, lead generation, and conversion

Contact new and existing clients to discuss needs

Build client relationships that go beyond just the one interaction. These are some of our earliest clients, and thus shall be the champions of the product, if relationships are maintained

Contact providers and arrange for all service delivery requirements

Help build sales and marketing processes and systems, ensuring they are streamlined, innovative, and sustainable

Build sales forecasting models

Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, services, techniques, etc. Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Position Requirements
-
Prospecting, lead generation, and closing skills desired. Experience in Sales/BD is a plus

Experience and/or familiarity with Human Resources products

Experience in digital marketing/social media marketing is a plus

Ability to conduct engaging demos of the product and solicit sales

Capable to work independently, and in a team when required

Strong written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills

Intermediate Excel skills. Experience with CRMs is a plus

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, self-direct/motivate, and manage time effectively and efficiently
