Job Description


The Hotline Sales Representative is responsible for introducing organizations to the ViaVision Hotline, an anonymous employee reporting solution that helps organizations build trust, encourage early reporting, strengthen workplace transparency, and proactively address workplace concerns before they escalate.


This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, developing relationships with HR professionals, executives, compliance leaders, and business owners, and educating prospective clients on the value of implementing a Anonymous reporting program. The Hotline Sales Representative serves as a trusted advisor, helping organizations understand how the ViaVision Hotline supports a positive workplace culture while reducing organizational risk.


The ideal candidate is a motivated, consultative sales professional with strong communication and relationship-building skills. Success in this role requires the ability to identify client needs, deliver engaging product demonstrations, present tailored solutions, and manage the sales process from initial outreach through implementation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales, networking, referrals, and lead generation.

  • Build relationships with HR leaders, executives, compliance professionals, legal counsel, and other key decision-makers.

  • Conduct virtual and in-person presentations and demonstrations of the ViaVision Hotline.

  • Educate prospective clients on the benefits of Anonymous employee reporting, early intervention, and proactive employee relations.

  • Assess organizational needs and recommend solutions that align with workplace culture, compliance objectives, and organizational goals.

  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and service agreements.

  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and accurately document activities using CRM software.

  • Follow up with prospective clients throughout the sales cycle while providing exceptional customer service.

  • Collaborate with implementation and customer success teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

  • Stay informed on workplace compliance, employee relations trends, and best practices related to Anonymous reporting and workplace culture.

Education and Experience

  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or consultative sales.

  • Experience selling hotline solutions, HR solutions, compliance services, employee relations services, or similar business solutions is preferred.

  • Experience using CRM software to manage leads, sales opportunities, and customer relationships.

  • Proven ability to build relationships with business leaders and decision-makers.

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Work Location, Hours, & Classification

  • Location: Remote (USA)

  • Employment Type: Part-Time

  • Hours: 20 hours per week

  • FLSA classification: Non-exempt

  • Compensation: Base Wages + Commission

  • Performance Incentives: High-performing sales representatives will have opportunities for increased earnings as they build and maintain a successful sales pipeline.

This position offers the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on business needs and individual performance.
